I admit it – I’ve fallen in love with a  laundry product!  The new Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets are the most amazing invention in laundry to come along since the automatic washing machine. 

Since I’m a Purex Insider, they sent me a test pack of their new Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry sheets before they were available in stores.  I’ve been using them ever since, and I am cringing at the thought of using up my pantry stockpile of regular laundry products (it’s a pretty big stockpile)!

Big Frugal Value

I’ve now checked three stores (Walmart, Fred Meyer and Safeway) and all three were selling both the Purex Complete starter kits and refill packs for $6.99 each.  Prices are slightly higher on Amazon.com. These sheets take the place of all your regular laundry products, so for $6.99 you have your laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and fabric softener all in one. 

The packs are enough to do 24 loads of landry, so that brings the total to 29 cents per load!  In my book, that is a great frugal value, especially if you watch for sales and combine with coupons to buy Purex Complete for even less.

Efficient Product that Saves You Time

1. You don’t have to shop for 3 separate laundry products anymore.
2. That means you don’t have to watch sales for or clip coupons for those laundry products anymore either.
3. You don’t have to make room in your pantry or garage to store your stockpiles of laundry detergent bottles, dryer sheet boxes, and fabric softener refill bottles.  This is especially helpful if you normally shop at discount or warehouse stores (such as Costco and Sam’s Club) to get bulk sized packages for the best price.  These sheets take up almost NO room.
4. Purex Complete laundry sheets make it easy for your family to help with laundry.  The only thing they have to remember to put in with the clothes is 1 sheet at the very beginning, that’s all.

Easy to Use

Products don’t get much easier to use than the Purex Complete 3-in-1 laundry sheets.  My 9 year old daughter does her own laundry, and loves using the Purex sheets!  She likes not having to take the laundry caddy with her to the laundry room, or having to remember dryer sheets when it’s time to switch to the dryer.

Here’s how you use Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets:

1. Put your clothes in the washer and add a Purex Complete 3-in-1 sheet.  Turn the washer on.
2. When finished washing, take clothes out of the washer (including the Purex sheet) and put it all into the dryer.  Turn the dryer on.
3. When dry, put your clothes away, and throw out the used Purex Complete sheet.

That’s all!  3 easy steps and your laundry is done. Purex Complete is so easy to use that even my 9 year old uses it!

Effectiveness

How well does the Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheet work, especially since it’s got 3 separate products combined on one sheet and has to go through the wash?  It works very well, which surprised me. 

The clothes come out just as clean as they would with any regular laundry detergent.  They are just as soft as if you put fabric softener in during the rinse cycle.  Clothes come out of the dryer without static and lightly scented.  My family had now tried all three scents: Pure & Clean, Spring Oasis, and Tropical Escape, and the Spring Oasis is definitely my favorite.

Overall, the Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets come highly recommended with the Homemaker Barbi stamp of approval.  These are a fabulous way to cut down your household work and save both time and money.
